RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Nacon products - Nacon, RIG, and GameCom - products from Nacon Gaming, Inc. We back every product with full customer and technical support.

STANDARD RETURNS

You may return merchandise purchased on ShopNacon.US for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, less original shipping charges and based on your original form of payment.

HOLIDAY RETURNS 2025

For all purchases made from November 1, 2025, through January 15, 2026, you may exchange or return merchandise purchased on ShopNacon.US for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, until February 15, 2026.

RETURN PROCESSING

You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to ship the product back to us. Items should be returned only in “like new” condition complete with all box contents including microphones, wireless adapters, charging cables and other items where applicable. Please note, refunds are issued upon confirmation of "complete" product return.
